Meningitis B Vaccination

The new meningitis B vaccination is being introduced from September 1st 2015 for babies born after 1/7/15 to be given alongside their primary vaccine.


Age 2 months (first primary)

Age 4 months (second primary)

Booster - 12 to 13 months


Any babies born before 1st May 2015 ARE NOT eligible for the meningitis B vaccination.

There is a small catch up group who will also have the vaccine from September:
