Is My Prescription Ready?

A high number of calls we receive throughout the day are from patients that are signed up for the Electronic Prescription Service (ePS), asking if their prescription is ready. Repeat prescriptions are processed in 2-3 working days, and are sent via ePS straight to your nominated pharmacy.

Please contact the Pharmacy directly after 3 working days if you would like confirmation that your prescription is ready for collection.

If you're not already signed up to ePS please speak to your pharmacy.
